I built my portfolio career on this exact diagnostic.

I spent over two decades in corporate leadership. C-suite roles, venture building across HealthTech, ClimateTech and Media in Australia and Europe. I was good at it, and it was costing me more than it should have. I watched brilliant people get made redundant after years of loyalty. I watched leaders burn out chasing a promotion that fixed nothing. Eventually I noticed I was becoming one of them.

So in 2020, I made a decision. Not to quit, but to build. Four years constructing a portfolio career while still employed. In 2024 I resigned into something that already existed.

Human Design is the tool that made that build deliberate instead of lucky. My first plan was solid on paper and it still exhausted me, because it ignored how I run. Once I understood my design, I stopped building a business that needed a different person to operate it. The work I do with private clients goes deep into all of this. How do I know it will land for someone like me?
